I came in at a late stage to do a complete rewrite of two episodes of Agatha Christie’s Hjerson. Work was hectic, creative, and fun.

CRIME/DRAMA. (Det som göms i snö) Detective Peter Wendel’s goal of creating a new, super-group cold case team encounters a set-back when an unknown killer leaves a message for the police. It states that Sweden’s most notorious serial killer is actually a fraud. In order to uncover the truth, Peter has to pull his cold case group together quickly, limited to the dregs of the police force – the only officers currently available in Stockholm. His newly formed team finds themselves at odds with the powerful group of people who got the serial killer convicted in the first place.
Storyline and scripts for all eight episodes are written by me and Hans Jörnlind who are credited as creators of this series produced by production company Yellow Bird. Premiered in August 2018 on Swedish Channel 5 (Kanal 5), and will later be available for streaming on Viaplay.
Based on an idea of acclaimed crime author and professor of criminology Leif GW Persson. Starring Robert Gustavsson in the lead role.

SCI-FI/THRILLER/TEEN DRAMA (Dröm) A group of kids dream about their futures every time they fall asleep. Through the dreams they get to see what their lives will be like in twenty years. A future that holds surprises and happiness, but also disappointments. When the dreams show them that bad things are about to happen in their lives today, they must act and use their newfound powers to alter the things to come.
It has been a true joy to create this series together with Filip Hammarström, head of development at Palladium Fiction, and fellow screenwriter Dunja Vujovic. The first season out of two (produced back to back in the fall of 2018) is set to premiere in 2019.

CRIME/THRILLER. Two years have passed since Silverhojd was rocked by harrowing events, and Eva has since returned to her job with Stockholm's city police. Eva is trying to move on, but struggles with her grief over Josefin and the pain that the Jordskott causes her. Eva soon finds herself being drawn into a mysterious case with a connection to her own past, and is forced to confront the mystical world she decided to put behind her.

• Started development of a new TV-series for SVT, based on an iconic period piece novel, working closely with director Kristian Petri.

• Writing on a new original TV-series for Netflix, and BRF in co-production with UK-based production company New Pictures together with iconic screenwriter George Kay.
